No. But sadly that's not the worst. In Montenegro I saw a cop take a break and he was sleeping on half an hour near his motorcycle. I guess his walkie talkie or CB started saying that there he was needed for something so he woke up topok it threw it into the sea and went back to sleep. When I went by the place five hours later he was still sleeping.

No. Montenegro's better (Crna Gora, Черногория), to many land mines and decrepit buildings and too much war damage in Bosnia. Plus, these are the Montenegrin commandmants. Bosnians are just lazy but they don't know how to have a good time or how to relax. Montenegrins on the other hand - lazy and they know how to live.
