I made this banner. it doesn't look half as good as I had wanted it to, and I couldn't even make half of europe fit into the space. but feel free to use it, or not, if you like it. to the left is one of the earliest depictions of christ in the north. the stone in which it is carved is known as jellingestenen, the jelling stone. the stone is actually two stones, one erected by gorm den gamle (gorm the elderly), declaring the unification, naming and christening of denmark, and the big stone, with the depiction of christ, erected by harald blåtand (bluetooth  ), the son of gorm den gamle.

The map you used I believe it is by Dutch Geographer and Cartographer Guilielmo Blaeuw (Wilelm Jan Blaeuw), XVIth century. I have two framed maps by him, one of Europe and another of the world, both hanging on the walls of my bedroom.

Um, I made three. Here they are:
 This is a picture of Florence I took like 2 years ago or so.. over 2 years ago.  This is a picture of the Alps which I have slightly modified.. It is on the way to Italy.  This is a picture of a tower in San Marino which I took this summer. Slightly blueified.

I love the last one. it's lovely. The alps one is good too but perhaps you can provide us with a version that isn't modified just to see the difference and which one looks nicer.
