A simple topic not a simple answer. Answer in any way you like
I'm just interested in how the other people of the Eurasian Landmass see Europe. |

In historical terms, it is not easy to define but Europe was forged over hundreds of years upon the foundations of the Civilizations of the Mediterranean and Celtic peoples, then later with the addition of the Germanic and the Slavic peoples.
But this has been an unfinished process. In political terms, not a reality but a possibility of a political space in which the different native ethinicities and cultures can be preserved and can coexist as free and sovereign nations, in a grand common space of mutual cooperation, exchange and protection.

Europe is for me is a group of Christian nations with homelands in what is geographicaly known as Europe, which at some point share common history and culture, but this is a very rough definition, since for example Spanish culture is not equal to Russian culture.

In an easy way, Europe is a peninsula in the Eurasian continent, with borders in the Urals, the Caucasus and the seas.
If you're asking for the definition of European, it is much more complex, and it may be pretty subjective in some cases. You must have into account race, language, culture, tradition-religion, etc. |

Geographically, nothing more than one appendix of Eurasia; in a cultural-social and historical sense, a reality that is necessary to preserve and enforce. The mixture of pre-christian an christian elements; the developement of economic activities from the ancient times in a relativelly small space thanks to the benevolent climate of the continent and their resources...etc, the common history of empires, nations, wars and also enemies ( i.e Islam, deculturization) are some of the reasons of the creation of an european identity.
