A Goìdelic Federation so to speak. Scotland, Ireland and the Isle of Man working together to preserve our Cultural and Linguistic heritage. There would be no centralised power, and it wouldn't be a Union so to speak. Each would remain their own separate and unique Nation, Governed how they see fit. Trade and possible Military treaties would be drawn up, and we would all work together.

Scotland its self would be a Totalitarian Christian Fundamentalist Nationalist State.

Shetlands is Scottish. We need the land to expand our Waters so we maintain control over North Sea Oil, we need it. If they want independence they can leave and go to Norway.

Ulster-Scots should either accept a United Irish Republic Governed from Dublin (Or Cork ), or return to Scotland (i'd be fine to have them).

I think the Ulster-Scots are very simply Ulstermen. They could share a government with the Irishmen of the other four provinces because Ulstermen (of whatever background) are very practical people and could see the advantage of sharing a government with their fellow Irishmen rather than the multicultural remains of Princess Tony's "Cool Britannia".

I also think their sense of humour and friendliness is far more Irish than Lowland Scots.

Aye, I use Ulster-Scots as a way of defining those Loyalists and Unionists, over Ulsterman as in inhabitants of Ulster prior to the Plantation period. Though, if you would be willing to give Dal Riata our land back, I wouldn't complain

I think Lowland Scots is far to much of a generalisation. A Glasgwegian is different from an Edinburger, and Renfrewshirians hates the cunts from Fife with a passion
