We would like to encourage our members of Romance ethnic grounds to suggest the title and the description for this forum, that is dedicated to them.

Forza Latina! or Potenza Latina! (Both Italian, also used in Maltese, in Latin it would be much better). They mean Latina Force! and Latin Power!, although in English they sound like some Skinhead thing, in Italian they sound more cultured (no offence meant to English).

I second Ederico's suggestion on Forza or Potenza Latina, even though, I think the name of the forum, could possibly relate to something related to Latin history, like "Forum Latina" or something.

Gens, -tis: linage, family, race of peoples, ... in the pl. form, also "the gentiles", "the non Jewish".

Genus, -eris: origin of a family, linage, stirpes, people, nation, race, species, ...

Both synonimous with stirpes as you can see. I'd say that there is no need to add romana at all.

It's a branch of the Italo-Western group. Six languages are within it, Dalmatian, Istriot, Italian, Judeo-Italian, Napoletano-Calabrese, and Sicilian. Dalmatian is now extinct, it was spoken in Croatia, more precisely in the coast near Dubrovnik, though the name of the group was kept.
