A rough and quick translation :

Revolutionary nationalism (NR) is an ideology and a political doctrine that would be strongly differentiated from traditional nationalism. This ideology is generally considered as an extreme right one, particularly because of its nationalism, though its supporters refute this classification.

Revolutionary nationalism would be, according to its supporters, a movement associating a nationalist worldview with a socialist/"socializing" (not sure about the translation of "socialisante" in this meaning) view of society, with topics and references traditionally considered as "leftist". National-bolshevism is its left wing, and it is clearly ideologically very close to national-syndicalism.

Opposing both liberal capitalism and egalitarist communism (hence the term "Troisième Voie" or "tercerism"), the NRs support a continental socialism, an European empire that would respect cultural and ethnical differences, free from capitalism, destructor of identities. The NRs also reject traditional and supremacist racism, and support a differentialist view of society, a differencialism that would guarantee and protect the different cultural and ethnical identities of each people. The NRs therefore reject liberalism and regard it as a tendancy to destroy borders, to mix peoples, uniformize cultures and make their unicity disappear.

The NRs' fights are not really similar to the traditional fights of classical extreme right. The NRs would not deny the existence of social classes, and would support workers' social movements. The NRs are also part of the ecologist fight. Tercerist organizations support Arab independentist movements and violently reject Zionism. The NRs support the creation of an "anti-system" front, gathering radical enemies of the system.

The NRs claim the heritage of Blanqui, Proudhon, Sorel, Vacher de Lapouge, Hedilla, Ramiro Ledesma Ramos, Peron, Ernst Junger, Ernst Niekish, Gregor and Otto Strasser, and Jean Thiriart.

Among the current world leaders, the NRs respect Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for their anti-American imperialism positions, and they often quote them in their newspapers and books.

Among symbols used by revolutionary nationalism are the red and black colours, and the "trident" (three-pronged fork).

Nowadays the only NR group in France is "Les Nôtres", and in the past they were represented by organizations such as the "Réseau Radical", "Nouvelle Résistance", "Troisième Voie" or "Jeune Europe" (created by Jean Thiriart).

On an international level the NRs were gathered and structured into the "European Liberation Front", and then in the "European Geopolitical Network".

This movement is ideologically very close to the Eurasist movement in former USSR, peronism in Latin American and Baath in the Arabic world.

The Identitarians are a sort of "post-NR" movement I would say.

The "orthodox" NR are not very numerous here, but this structure is rather representative I think (NR and National-Bolsheviks) :
