As far as I know he has only published three books, The History and Geography of Human Genes, The Great Human Diasporas: The History of Diversity and Evolution and Genes, Peoples, and Languages.
Though his work was groundbraking at it's time it's becoming more and more outdated as new research is available though it's not a matter of certain speculations being wrong but rather of the generalistic approach that Cavalli-Sforza takes; some even argue that this generalistic approach was taken mainly out of fear that his book(s) would be called "racist". Some links you might find interesting: Cavalli-Sforza\'s page at Stanford Uni. Genes, Peoples and Languages review by Steve Sailer Small interview/conversation in which Cavalli-Sforza points out some of his beliefs.

He is really ok generally speaking, but his stance against race in general and the typological approach in particular, especially in his earlier work, is annoying and his early books were often used by leftists or misinterpreted because of their mainly genetic outlook and the relation to phenotypical feature combinations and populations (~= races).
But if knowing about his view on certain things his books are valuable and he repeats many basic explanations for specialisations in it too.
