Sure we do!

My swedish favorite is julskinka(Christmas hams) and my german favorite is Schweinhaxe.

Julskinka is a ham prepared in the oven with mustard, egg yolk and brown dried bread crumbs.

Schweinhaxe I´m not sure of, never made it myself. But I think it´s a knuckle of pork made in the oven and it´s served with suerkraut.
