Not a bad idea, perhaps the anti-smoking campaign has been funded by the breweries so that they can satisfy nicotine cravings with their own addictive products instead
 I can't imagine how they will get the quantities of nicotine right, though. If you make it concentrated enough so that someone drinking 1 or 2 pints will get a buzz from it, how do you prevent the binge drinker from overdosing (considering that nicotine is extremely poisonous)?

The thing is that alcohol dampens the body's sensitivity to nicotine, thus smokers tend to smoke more when they are drinking.
More of this beer = greater desire for nicotine = greater desire for this beer. Seems like the brewery can't lose from this scheme.
