   1914  1957  1959  1960  1967  1977 Banania has been accused of "racism" and the packaging had changed into this :  1987 and this :  1991 Then in 1999, Banania came back to this one:  1999 A few days ago, a gathering of Black peoples has attacked the brand "Banania y'a bon"; there will be a trial. To be continued... There were also candies (liquorice) and cake called "Tête de nègre" (negro head), but since it was "racist", their names were changed.
