You should have defined Scottish food in your post. Having a scottish partner i would tell you what an average Scot eats Bacon with fat (fried) Pork Sausages (grilled) steak and kidney pies or chicken and mushroom pies. chips crisps tinned soups baked beans (tinned) fried potatoes hardly any milk cola curries hardly any fresh vegetables.

Kefir, acidofil, ajvar, čevapi i šnicle i naravno burek.
Cremeschnitte. Kefir, acidophilus, ajvar, schnitzels and chewapcici. Burek as well. A kremšnite?

I cannot remember where I saw fried Mars bar... Wales or Scotland...? Well, that must be the most horrible thing I saw in any cuisine.
