I miss yogurt and I don't know about milk but cheese is not healthy anyway. I read about it in the German section of Skadi so I can't look it up right now but another argument is that too much protein isn't good one way or the other, it will deposit in the brain.

I don't take much protein, in fact, probably not even enough. I should balance my diet with some soy gluten.

But a nice solomillo (sirloin steak) on a figs sauce might do it too


Carpaccio di bue, a very fine sliced meat served raw with olive oil, lemon and parmisan cheese.. nice


One of my favourites, steak tartare. Very lean, raw sirloin steak finely minced and seasoned with chopped gherkins and onions, capers, mustard and an raw egg yolk. *YUM*

Shame that it doesn't look that cute after meeting his fate..


But on a nice Segovian asador (Castilian-style restaurant) they can restore it to its former glory.. and beyond!!!
