Wine (red), Cognac, Armagnac, Grappa, Porto, Beer, Likör, Slivova, Lambrusco, Pineau des Charentes, real Absinthe (not the fake crap that tastes like chewing gum or tooth paste!), Rum, Champagne, Cava, anything, Krupnik, Vodka (Stalnaya, if I can pick). I am very open when it comes to new types of alcohol.
 I cannot stand Tequila, and Sake is definitely brewed in Hell in the room next to where they print fashion magazines for men.

I rarely drink, once in a month maybe.
My all time favourites : Moscatel de Setúbal Whisky Liqueur (Drambuie) Licor Beirão Amêndoa Amarga Vinho do Porto Brandy Jeropiga To go with food, almost only red wine from Alentejo. Rarely white. Can't tolerate beer nor whiskey: makes my head ache as hell.

Mulsum is quite nice. I generally prefer Roman wines to contemporary ones.
