Pensen! ![]() White ones and black ones. The black ones are comparable to English blood pudding I guess. The white ones are basically the same recipe, without the blood. The name varies a lot from region to region in Flanders, the recipe is also different in different places. My grandfather makes the black ones himself. Every year we slaughter a pig together. ![]()
