I am fuelled solely by coffee. My daily dose is around 3000 to 3500 milligrams of caffeine which I almost get solely from coffee - without sugar and milk, of course. When I have the rare opportunity to sleep late I often get up with a splitting headache due to withdrawals which I normally kill off by taking two 200 mg tablets of caffeine and a glass of caffeine/taurin mix.

I'd pick coffee over tea any day, but hot cocoa is my favourite. Add cinnamon and whipped cream, and nothing equals it.
