but that's totally unfair! i've never eaten rabbit in my life. i know exactly what they look like before horrid people butcher them then eat the poor creatures

We'll I was thinking of a more adult specimen though considering the fact that a deer as young as that would be a much more tender meat to consume. I think I'll give it a try. You're invited to dinner.

Game meat, being more oxygenated than farm meat, has a stronger taste. That is called sabor bravío here, taste to braveness or wilderness. You need to tame that strong taste, either by leaving it overnight in something like vinegar, or by cooking it with a nice and thick sauce.

But with that bambi, I would say that tenderness is assured. Yum!
