Garlic is good, I've eaten whole cloves as well...though I don't think it's really healthy to eat too much.

I definitely love Cajun-style food, though I don't think it's the same as the authentic kind.

Sure, but you should have the real thing sometime.

We have our fair share of coonasses, but Louisana's only a few hours from here. We go there a lot; if you ever find yourself in Jennings, Louisiana, stop down by the Boudin King.

I'm a catfish fiend myself, but I can put down those boiled crawdads. I might just have to marry me a Cajun.
