The way the article words it, it is as though the Mayor was acting solely on the desire of the majority of Italian people who were motivated by 'solidarity' with the Israeli people to bestow this Terrorist an honorary Italian citizenship. The truth which is omitted deceptively by the media is that it was only the Roman Jewish community who pushed for this using their International contacts and influence to bring this about. This is simply an act by Italian Jews to display their loyalty to Zionism and serve Israel's interests.
