To little time passed since the break of Ussr. We just need more time. And of course more reasonable government. Like in case of Finland, sooner or later we would establish friendly relationship between our countries.

Estonians never had a state in the history, in the first place. So, basically Estonians were just a folk, or ethnic group, with common cultural, linguistic and customary bond, without historical sense that they need a organized society called the state or country. They weren't a nation, they were a folk, without state conscience, and they were ruled by Teutonic order, Swedes and Russians, not because these countries were ruthless imperialists, but because Estonians never had a real organized society, if you know what I mean... And calling all these countries a "ruthless imperialists" is unfair and unjust, because they've brought cultural, religious, scientific and technical advantages to Estonia, and if there weren't for them, maybe Estonia would have been still in stone age today.

Ill disagree. I find it strange that some people see it as an excuse that Estonia is a small nation and that's why it always must be ruled by some of it's bigger neighbours. Era of imperialistic states has passed, and now big nations should think about solving inner domestic problems rather than expanding their influence in other countries. But its unfortunate that many people still live in the past.

What you need, is to see that Estonians and all other Baltic nations hate Russians from the deep of their heart, and to see that Russians are second class citizens there. And what's your answer to that - they can go and screw a goat if they don't like their status in Estonian society.

Friendly relationship? Ha,ha... good joke, really! As time passes, you'll see how "good" relations can be, with them...

These nations were ruthless and imperialistic, and because of this imperialism Estonia never was an independent state. The Teutonic Order e.g. invaded and enslaved Baltic tribes in order to Christianize them.

Colonialization has two sides, one the one hand brutal oppression, on the other hand advantages. Nevertheless it is unjust to invade other countries to force them to follow the culture of the invader. Estland and the other Baltic nations were not invaded to bring them all these benefits, they were invaded to keep them under control.

Estonia has about 1.300.000 inhabitants. It is irrelevant how many they were in 1500 as it is irrelevant for today's Serbia how many Serbians lived in 1500.
The point is the Russian colonists must leave Estonia and the other Baltic nations and settle back to Russia. This is necessary to ensure they remain national states, high fences make good neighbours - Russia needs any Russian in Russia anyway.
Estonia for Estonians, Russia for Russians, that is the best deal for both.

Estonians were brutally suppressed and pursued by the Soviet imperialists. Your claims are as idiotic as they are ridiculous. At that time in Germany agriculture and trade were higher developed than in neighbouring Slavic - what can I say? states? tribal areas? - whatever. But not only Germans came, Greek from the Byzantine Empire also were called by Slavic rulers - guess why you write in Cyrillic letters.
One reason the Germans were this high developed has to do with the fact they learned much from the Romans, who had a higher developed society than the Germanic people at that time. Many of the old Roman achievements were inherited by the Holy Roman Empire of German Nation.

Yes, 5 batteries of devensive missiles and a radar site. I am not happy with the US decision, but Russia's claim these weapons were offensive weapons targeting Russia is laughable. These missiles are installed to defend USA against incoming missiles from so-called rogue states. The USA has several nuclear submarines, each carrying 2 dozen ballistic atomic MIRV missiles, these are offensive weapons, and Russia has no concept against them this far, and not those mentioned devensive missiles in Poland.

Russians should leave and resettle in Russia - that's my opinion. And our government should help them. As I've said, too little time passed. Today, noone in Russia hates Germans, because Nazis killed millions of Russians. Relationship between nations evolves in time, you should understand it.

than with Western or Southern Slavic nations.

As for me being not Russian. I'm Russian of polesian heritage. Eastern polesia is a mixture of Ukrainian, Belarusian and Russian cultures. It is situated on the border crossing of three countries: Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. I have relatives living in all these countries.

Lithuanians are close to Poles (Catholic central European nations).
Estonians are close to Finns (northern European, Lutheran). In my opinion, Estonians are very calm, relaxed people, their mentality is close to some Russians from Arkhangelsk region that I've met.
