Blacks are more likely to commit crimes than whites and east asians. they just are provided with less capability to restrain their instincts that we have developed. I wouldn't. I embrace the stereotypes about the Irish. They are not all accurate but there's some truth in them. Just as the stereotypes about Blacks are largely true.

Well if someone commits a crime and gets away how will you identify him? Well you usually don't hear them looking for a "Cro-Magnid with Nordid admixture", but they may say "a white male, 180cm tall, dark hair", or "a black male, 177cm tall.." and so on.

Do you call yourself Scottish? Or are you a little confused (Irish-Paganism? I'd be interested to hear the nature of your beliefs..)? I think ethnicity is important to tell people apart. Tendencies show through, because as many countries have only one or two ethnicities and one mass culture, the culture influences their actions and thus the view of the ethnicity-- i.e. Arabs. Not all Arabs follow sharia law, but many do. Not all Arabic women wear niquabs or burquas, but many do.

Stereotypes help us judge a person before having met them-- these opinions can change once we have spoken with them some more. In my opinion, an opinion on someone isn't formed by just the first look...

To speak about tastes it is to speak about individual preferences or rather in this case individual perceptions.

In Europe there is a reality which is of a collective magnitude. Individualistic attitudes to such a reality are of a selfish nature and damaging to the interests of the collective group, namely the nation.

You know them all. I do think the stereotype about drinking is overdone. There are several countries who are far worse drinkers than the Irish; the Scots and northern English to name two.
