My opinion is that is poster is a little (too ?) naive in its representation. It's somewhat hard to deny the accusations of racism after that...

It's accurate. The colours used for this poster are all in the dark tones, a quite sad representation of multiracialism/culturalism. A feeling of confusion and disorder come to mind looking at it. Again, it matches reality. A non homogenous society is the opposite of order. All these smileys are nothing but formated slavebots with a dumb smile on their face.
