The EU has reached what is being described as an historic agreement on climate protection. But the devil will be in the details of the implementation.

I agree: the problem will be the implementation since there will be negotiations between the European Commission and EACH state...
I hope however it will help to encrease the european R&D thorugh energy efficency...

The news is good, but I don´t see many politican vision for these things. The only positive is the tendence.

Just a nice occasion for creating new lucrative jobs for Bruxelles' eurocrats and fresh contracts for studies rehashing obvious truth as well as other cozy fat contracts to be given to shadowy private contractors bribing the above mentioned bureaucrats.
