Political situation in Russia - Analisys wanted from inside

We in the so called West get a lot of second hand information on Russia, mostly distorted by the very same power centers who were responsible for the fake "orange revolutions" in Ukraine, Georgia and Serbia.

I would like to start a thread with informative analisys made by russian nationalists on the russian political situation, with special regard to the parties and political figures that could help one day the whole Europe to get back to its feet and past glories

The power circles that have expressed Putin are of particular interest, since we should ascertain whether they are more nationalists or they are still entrenched in a solidaristic and egalitarian view of mankind deriving from their marxist upbringing.

As a suggestion I would start with the famed Rodina party.

Please keep in mind that in our part of Europe most of what we know are catchphrases, for example Rodina is often described as a "xenophobic" and nationalist party.

No real nationalists in Russia today. Commies, ex-kgb agents etc. That's sad but it is the truth. I simply ignore all elections.

You Russians might not know it but a lot of people are interested in what will happen next in your country. I heard an American on the radio say that President Bush "is our Yeltsin"! I guess he is now waiting for "America's Putin". It's funny and sad at the same time. My favorite kind of joke.

Believe me, I'm interested too. If we speak about future presidental elections then there are some possible candidates, like Medvedev (he was at Davos, afaik) or Ivanov (defense minister).

What we lack today is normal healthy not lunatic style, not commie/ex-commie nationalist party. And no party is even close to this description.

F.e., already mentioned Rodina ("Fatherland") have split from communist party. RNU (Russian national unity) seem to average people like militaristic sect with sieg-heilings/rahowa.

Yes, they are freaks too. With their homosexual leader. And I mentioned only top of the iceberg. No need to speak about pro-president party, they just blindly obey Putin. Or about liberal democratic party of jew Jirinovsky (who likes to make pseudo-nationalist chauvinistic statements).

But aren't the National Bolchevik Party and RNU banned or ilegalized.
Even thou I don't like the NB; in my opinion It would be either them or RNU (I like these ones better) the ones to do something for one simple reason, they are revolutionaries, a revolution is needed, I don't belive in those politicaly corect nationalists who play in "profesional" politics.

I want to know about RNU: about their movement, their curent political activity, their infuences in the russian society and russian youth, their curent situation as a party, etc.

They aren't. Their nationalist rhetoric is nothing but a smokescreen. In reality they sell seats in the Duma to Jews, Azeris and other scum.
RNU is now defunct. The strongest nationalist organization in Russia these days is DPNI (Movement against Illegal Immigration).

Isn't the DPNI a split of the [defunct?] Pamyat? Or at least its leader is a former member of Pamyat.

Pamyat was clearly Christian Orthodox oriented. How about DNPI? Does it differ much from Pamyat in general?
