I'm thinking of buying pocket pc, because the number of books you read increase many times. My friend has pocket pc and he says now he's reading so much he never read any time before. Also you can use wi-fi in cafes, etc. It's very useful, especially in big cities.

I had one of those PDAs which someone gave me from a promotion. I never bothered with using it. Like Carnyx, I prefer an organizer (agenda).

Also I find PDA prices quite excessives. The Acer you want to buy costs 387 € here. I'm a bit of a skinflint so I prefer to think I can't afford such gadgets.

Still, you should make sure that you are going to find it useful beyond the first weeks of use. I honestly couldn't see how it could replace my organizer.

Easily. You can read tons of books.

I don't know if there is electronic library with books in Spanish, but in Russia we have lib.ru with books in Russian. Although books are cheap here (unlike in Europe), still it's very conveniet to load book in pocket pc.

Interesting. I still prefer books on paper though.

Well, I shared opinion with you (paper books), until my friend showed me his pocket pc. While at home I'd prefer paper book, of course. But in metro or bus, it's much more convenient to read books from pocket pc.

I don't really use PDA's or Agendas because I never remember to look at them when I get home :-p so it's pretty pointless. I do carry a nintendo DS though, I have a bunch of homebrew applications to let me save numbers and write notes and surf the internet so i guess it comes close.

Um, I have a Nintendo DS but without the homebrew applications and my cute blue iPod nano. <3. I put some photos on it. I haven't used the "Notes" part yet, but you can put text files on it... So maybe? It also has a calendar I have yet to figure out (the instruction booklet is pathetic...)
