Map about the spreading of Christianity. Don´t know where I found it, though

Translation:
Patriarchate = Patriarchies
Missionszentren = Missionary centers
Konzilien = Councils
Chr. Gemeinden im 1. u. 2. Jhd = Christian communities in the first and second century
Ausbreitung im 3. Jhd = Spreading in the 3rd century
Ausbreitung im 4. Jhd u. 5. Jhd = Spreading in the 4th and 5th century
