I suggest that we include our favorite works of art related to Christiandom.

I will start with my favorite:

Christ on the cross (Diego VELAZQUEZ - 1632 - 250x170cm - Prado Museum - Madrid).

Macedonia is particularly well known for her Byzantine fresco paintings and iconography.

This is just one of the better preserved icons.

This is a detail from a fresco painting in an Ohrid church, which I believe may be he cathedral of Holy Sophia.
