"Łukašenka", not "Lukashenka"

I sometimes post Belarusian texts or names in Belarusian Latin alphabet. This alphabet has no author, it developed since XIX century to the 1930s, and, I believe, should be used where appropriate.
The most appropriate way to use it is to use it for writting Belarusian personal or geographical names.
But I prefer Cyrillic letters anyway.

Do you have any hope of Belarus' shed off Łukašenka and emerge from the shades of USSR?
