Hold your horses, and do not rush into cheap conclusions. The semi-mongoloid Volga-Finnics are mostly r1a1, however the trick is that 1/3 of their x-chromosomes are asiatic. Lapps carry also high numbers of r1a1. The only nation in the world with n3a1 majority are Finns (55%), most fenno-Ugrians in the world are R1a1. R1a1 is not associated with the spread of proto-indoeuropean atleast not in any recent studies, the both r-lines, sister clodes to Q&P originates in South-East Siberia just like N3. According to most recent studies India has had r1a1 base already way before any "Aryan" expansion.
As so often Y-dna's are grossly misinterpreted by amateur antropologists.
