Could any Irish speakers please be so kind as to translate this into English for me?

Mar a dúirt mé le Neil fadó. Fag an tUasal Tyler bocht leis féin. Níl aon fáth ag troid leis, ní aontfaidh sé leis ár gcúis ar aon nós. Rachaidh na 'leath-cheiltigh' (mar a ceapann sé féin) cosúil linn ar agaidh ag baint saoirse do chuile tír Cheilteach. Fág Wat bocht sa leithreas ansin i Sasana. Ná tug faoi dheara focal ar bith a deireann sé.

I know it is not complimentary towards me,but i do not like it when people insult me in a different language.

Translation of paragraph above (some of Irish text appears incomplete so I've translated the meaning rather than word for word):
As I said to Neil long ago. Leave poor Mr.Tyler to himself. There is no reason to fight with him, he won't agree with our reason/cause anyways. The 'half-celts' (as he thinks himself) will go on like us gaining freedom for every Celtic country. Leave poor Wat in the toilet over in England. Ignore/Don't take any notice of any word he says.
