Change in media attitude towards Israel

I have noticed in the Danish media, that whereas it used to be regular routine to be biased towards Israels side in every case, there is now an increasingly pro-Palestine attitude in the nature of the reporting.

I've only noticed this in the course of the last few months, so I wanted to ask if anyone else has noticed something similar?

My thought was that this may have been something specific to select Danish media (or the Danish news dictatorship, Ritzau).

In general the media in Europe is sympathetic towards the Palestines. Except perhaps in Britain and The Netherlands.

In most countries, statements or campaigns against Israel and Zionism could hardly be seen as anti-semitic.

In Eastern European countries media tend to be pro-Israeli too.

I get the impression that there is an ongoing campaign seeking to equate anti-Zionism (understood very broadly, as to include any critieque of the policy of State if Israel) with anti-Semitism. Still certain degree of anti-Israelism persists in (some) media.

Sure, there are sob stories about Palestinians, but the general terminology is very biased:

Armed and illegal annexers of Palestinian land are called settlers.
When Palestinians are killed by the oppressing military it is always retaliation.

Who made this terminology up?
