Ahh, the joys of wedlock and the expensive brats that follow.
For those that are, please would you be kind enough to take the time to answer: - How old were you? - How old were they? - In what religion did the ceremony take place? - Was the answer to the above your religion, theirs, or are you of the same religion - Still together? - Any kids? |

Well, it took enough persuading to have her marry in a chapel so I guess I'd better not push my luck by having the ceremony conducted in Irish.
I don't want the whole affair to smack of triumphalism ![]()

I didn't because I never considered it a proper marriage, but only a temporary legal procedure. But anyway, here it goes..
- How old were you? 26 or thereabouts - How old were they? who are 'they'? - In what religion did the ceremony take place? It was a civil ceremony, to call it something, forced by special circumstances. I would have been pleased if they had send the papers by mail for us to sign and return. - Was the answer to the above your religion, theirs, or are you of the same religion Not that this applies, but we were not of the same religion anyway. - Still together? No. - Any kids? Me. Forever Young. ![]()

- How old were you?
20. Yep, young, I know. - How old were they? 19. - In what religion did the ceremony take place? No ceremony, simple civil registry. - Was the answer to the above your religion, theirs, or are you of the same religion We didn't have a religious ceremony but she is Roman Catholic and I'm...well, I'm a heathen, according to most. ![]() - Still together? Yes, and very happy. Our 7th birthday was on the past 5th of July. - Any kids? Not yet, maybe next year or the year after; right now she is finishing her University course and I'm the only one working so economic stability is still a goal and not a reality.
