I was just curious what is being said in Russian. Can anyone help?

I didn't want a full translation or anything like that, I was really just curious what the comedian playing Putin says generally.

Well, Yeltsin is obviously drunk. He talks about trivial matters, like his health and drinking.

Putin, first says that he is unhappy with what is happening in the West. Then he tells a joke regarding Bush.
"George Bush is calling somebody on the telephone, "Hello, Who did I reach?" The person answers, "Where were you aiming." (Aiming is a pun, because it means aiming and expecting.)

After, he says he was in India recently and that Karma Sutra is crap... in comparison with the Russian constitution.

Lastly he says, "I will turn Moscow into rai (heaven), errr rai-centr leningrada ( a sub-city of St.Petersburg).
