Stirpes Europaeae Forums Server Issues

Many of you may have noticed that we have experienced some problems with Stirpes availability at times, including downtimes, or some may have had problems to connect to Stirpes. Also, in the last two days the server response has been painfully slow at given peak times, usually at past midnight CET.

We are having some issues with the service quality provided by the host, and we have decided to migrate to a much improved, higher quality service host within a month's time. This will allow us to offer other services too to Nationalism in Europe.

So if you experience failures in the service or find that Stirpes is down at given times, please be patient and bear in mind that this is a temporary issue which will hopefully be sorted out by March.

Its interesting that some friends have more often problems to connect than I have, because for me its working quite good with short downtimes excluded.

Good to hear about the improvements for other members which would otherwise be more often on board.

The issue should have been solved in March, but due to "bureaucratical" problems I have had to delay it until now.

Between tonight and tomorrow I'll make up my mind between the various choices for a dedicated server.
