The forums have been updated to the latest version of vBulletin.
In the past, there have been issues with installed plugins and code modifications after an upgrade. Please, report here any problems and I'll upgrade/modify where possible. If you are using a language other than the default (English), phrases may have changed and made them obsolete and unusable. Please, report any language-specific problems too. Thank You

It's the forums software native infraction system. Apparently it keeps the record even after it is obsolete or expired. I've even deleted it but it still shows on your profiles. Maybe I have to run some query on the database.
Heretik had one infraction issued by me, for an inappropriate comment. But that was only 1 point and I have reversed it anyway. I don't know about the rest until 4. Carnyx has none. The three shown there are two infractions (2+1 points) that he gave to two individuals. I have deleted one, and though it doesn't show in the infractions list anymore, the total sum of 2+1 still shows in your profile. I don't like this system. There is a much nicer and more effective warning system, that installs as a non official modification.

So why don't you? In the list you show with exactly 5 times as many infraction points as him!

Sorry, it's not public with the native infractions system. I believe that the Advanced Warning System should allow members to see something like a hall of shame.

No. It means that can only be seen by Staff members.

Usercp looks strange and is hard to grasp, see how broad it is in the attachment. And this is a new problem, it didn't come directly after the upgrade, but some days or a week later.
