Does the "DEUTSCHE REICH" still exist or has it
vanished in 1945?

An answer to this you can find in a
judgement(Court-File-Ref.-No.: 2 BvF 1/73) of the
"Bundesverfassungsge-richt"(Federal Constitutional Court) of Germany
from
31 July 1973. The Court judged that the "Deutsche
Reich" still legally does exist in its borders of 1937
according to International Law (Voelkerrecht) and thus
the Federal Republic of Germany is just a transitional
