are these Russians alpinids?

It seems to me that the alpinid element in Russia is not neglibible, right? Unless I'm wrong the people I picture bellow look "alpinid" to me.
If I'm right what's the anthropological history of the russian alpinids?

Hence alpinid phenotype seems very comon among ukranians. Most anthropoligists consider the usual lands of alpinids as central Europe; Ukraine might fit into "central Europe" if we consider the European continent in the North-Sout sence

I think Ross once said that most of Ukrainians are Alpinid. So, yes. The source of Alpinids in Russians comes from Ukraine.

There are significant (mostly East-) Alpinid strains in Russians indeed, but much stronger ones in the Ukraine, in which Central and South-Eastern European elements are generally stronger (Dinaroid, Alpinoid, Pontid) than in most parts of Russia.
