I doubt any one would accept them. China cerainly won't accept putting them in Central Asia since extremely nationalist Turks have designs on making a Turkestan in central asia that would include parts of China. I doubt the Arabs, India or Iran or any other asian state would accept them. So there are only two solutions: send them to antartica to freeze to death or send them to live with blacks in Africa.
