Georgians are Orthodox Christians, their language linguistically has no relation to the Turkic language group (it belongs to the Caucasian family of languages, southern branch). I don't think any Turkish nationalist views Georgians as honorary Turks.
However, there is a political alliance between Turkey and Georgia at the moment. It is support by Britain and USA, against the Russia-Armenia-Iran axis. But these temporary politico-military alliances have are unrelated to any sort of civilizational affinity.
