This reminds me of how much I really, really hate feminism.
I will be oppressed by patriarchal society if I want to. So oppressed in fact, that I can vote in the next election and I can do practically whatever I please (within legality/physically capableness).
I think the suffragettes were admirable, in a way, to get the right for women's vote, but other than that, I don't see how feminism should even exist today, it has served its purpose. (Unless the true purpose is to make men "the oppressed" due to their "crimes" against women...) Most men I know (as in, the ones I associate with) have treated me with nothing but respect, I don't see how they see men as oppressive (except when they are peeing, of course, then men are so oppressive
).
Damned Feminists are ruining everything for women.
