And it is a well-known fact that Brits and other colonizers created a class of natives to serve their colonial interests. They gave them positions of power, they gave them education (scholarships etc.) After The British rule ceased, this class took the power, continuing to serve their master through different ways (neocolonialism etc.) Maybe this man with African name and surname is one of these I am referring to.
