I fear that you have a long way to learn. Unfortunately, there is no time for learning and by the time you learn a few things the hard way it will be too late. You are not alone in your mistakes nor are you the first in committing them.
You see? This is one way in which history counts for politics: people often repeat the same historical mistakes, and not necessarily from past history but from recent.
