This, unfortunately, is how it is going to be.
In the future (just to give a name to what is forthcoming), we will have time more than enough to regret all the time and efforts wasted in constructing pseudo-theories of germanic supremacism, nordic isolationism, hitler ass-worshipping, and which has not been put into building a solid and viable force Europe wide.
