The very multi-cultural World Bank and closely associated United Nations refer to 'immigrants' as
migrant stocks...the very same term used for animals to be exploited economically.

World Migrant Stocks'. I suppose this might be useful if one was an industrialists and wished to find the best source of cheap labor for one's project. Again, quite multi-cultural.
They see people as brute beasts.
