About the myth of Peron himself consealing Nazies in Argentina I need to get more informed about that (from objective sources) but my opinion is that he did not shelter war criminal; Richter was just a scientist working under the Nazi Regime, same as Von Braun who was shaltered by the americans -But no body said nothing Trumann or Eisy for that , right?.
Most of criminals who were later caught in Argentina had entered the country under a false identity.
