Moderate subracial limitation is valid aswell, as most nations are predominantly linked to a specific subtype(s). F.e., East-Nordids, Baltids in general, or Gorids are absolutely foreign to Spain, the same way Atlanto-Mediterranids and Westalpinids are completely foreign to Finland.
