I assume you are referring to the Jews and the Holohoax?

There is a fundamental difference here. The Sielesians and Pommerians were true victims. Ca 1 million died due to this expulsion.
Silesia and Pommeria were completly German areas.

The former Polish foreign minister has a point when he says that claims made by the Germans will have to go through the WW2 victors as it was a decision made at Potsdam.
