It is speculation based on an absolute ceteris paribus situation throughout the thousands of years to come.
From now to then, there will have been millions of agents and variables both internal and external which will change the evolutionary direction hundreds if not thousands of times.
Something along those lines is likely to occur. The gap dividing upper classes from lower classes will increase. But measuring this gap in such a simplistic way is pseudo-scientific sentationalism.
