Once I read that in Osteuropids even the pigmentation on the body can be more disharmonic than in others, with f.e. lighter pigmented faces and darker bodies in comparison if being tanned relatively balanced, whereas the opposite is true for most other types. But in this case what Visigodo said is being meant primarily of course, "crossed pigmentation of hair, eyes and skin"...
