If I understand clearly, Nordicism was initially a kind of eugenic theory, Nordids were supposed to have mental traits which put Nordids in the front rank of historical development of mankind, which make Nordids ‘an edge’ of progress, right? It may be at least partially true, and if I were sure about it I would readily accept Nordicism as state policy without even being Nordid. Eugenics is a necessary thing, no doubt, but at present it isn’t okay to limit it to measuring of crania. (It’s XXI century at the moment by the way.)
But I think this theory might be useful even now, to select refugees for instance.

- Have you got blue eyes?
- No.
- Have you got blond hair?
- No.
- Is your cranial index 0,75 or less?
- No.
- No?! Go home to your dear Africa onto your palm then.

Unfortunately it is more correct now to use the term ‘Nordicism’ not as the name of a racist (eugenic) theory, but as the name of a strange kind of mental disease. What a pity.
