I agree that the sampling is pretty poor; i've been checking the site and they use a short amount of data not even collected by themselves but from other studies.
Anyway, about the E.European data, it might be due to sampling of modern E.European migrants; they number very highly nowadays, namely Ukrainians and Russians, and are now the largest ethnic minority in Portugal.
